council development initiative and comprised of 3 blocks totalling 83 flats and 11 houses.
Key services including boiler installations, domestic water pipework, mechanical extract ventilation, dry riser installations, heating system, water distribution network, complete commissioning of mechanical installation, above ground drainage pipework and exterior rain waters.
