Work included delivery on a design and build basis and complete mechanical and electrical
solution to the Clients (WSP) stage 3 design of the Executive Lounge. Our specialist services
included food preparation kitchens and three separate lounge spaces. The project also comprised
of the paramount design and development of a smoke vent system that offered protection to the
terminal building and the lounge itself. This involved CFD modelling and specialist design
services drafted in via our approved supply chain.
Consisted of CCTV specialist lighting control music and smoke ventilation, ventilation plumbing and public health services along with kitchen air conditioned space utilising a ducted VRF fan coil system and split units.
